        ### Terminal.

        Your venue, in your pocket.

        Pick Terminal when you set the app up on a personal device. Managers get Chat, Tasks and Alerts. Team members get Tasks and Alerts.

        -   Chat: oppiGPT with your venue's memory, the same models as the web app.
        -   Tasks: your open tasks, request a new one, count a stocktake.
        -   Alerts: what OPPI sends you during service, and your channels.
        -   Push notifications on Android, straight to the thread.

    -   On the tablet by the pass

        ### Kiosk.

        A PIN, then the screen for that person.

        Pick Kiosk on a shared tablet. Staff sign in with a four-digit PIN and get the screen for their role: the team, supervisors or managers.

        -   Four-digit PIN sign-in, a screen per role.
        -   Tasks, checklists and quick SOPs for the team.
        -   Verification, escalations and Venue Pulse for managers.
        -   Tablets only. A phone runs Terminal.

    ### The same account as oppiOS.

    The app needs a venue on OPPI. [Get OPPI](https://oppi.au/getOPPI)

    -   Manager

        Email and password.

        The account you use for oppiOS. Managers set the device up as Kiosk or Terminal, and can reset that choice from the Kiosk settings.

    -   Team

        Mobile number.

        OPPI texts a one-time code. Team accounts go straight to Terminal, with Tasks and Alerts.

-   iPhone and iPad

    ### Waiting on Apple.

    The iOS app is with Apple for review.

    The moment it is approved it goes up on the App Store, and venues on OPPI hear first.

    Until then, the Kiosk runs full screen in the iPad's browser, launched from oppiOS.

    Is the app free?

    Yes, the app is free to download. It signs in with your OPPI account, so it needs a venue on OPPI.

    Kiosk or Terminal?

    Terminal on a personal phone or tablet: Chat, Tasks and Alerts. Kiosk on a shared tablet: PIN sign-in and a screen per role. You choose once when you set the device up, and a manager can reset it from the Kiosk settings.

    Can I run the Kiosk on a phone?

    No. In the app the Kiosk is tablets only. A phone runs Terminal.

    When is the iPhone app coming?

    It is with Apple. We do not put a date on a review we do not control. Venues on OPPI hear first.

    Does it send notifications?

    On Android, yes. Alerts and channel messages arrive as push notifications and open straight to the thread.

    Is this all of oppiOS?

    No. The app is the floor: alerts, tasks, chat and the Kiosk. The full oppiOS runs in a browser at app.oppi.au.

    The app says it needs an update.

    Older builds are sent to the store for the current version. Update from Google Play and sign in again.

    The app signs in with your OPPI account. OPPI is invite only, and the first six months are on us.
