What is venue decision intelligence

    Your systems record everything.
    Decision intelligence acts on it.

Venue decision intelligence is the layer between your systems and your decisions. It reads the venue as it runs and proposes the next move.

Reporting tools answer what happened. Decision intelligence answers what to do about it: the roster to draft, the order to place, the number drifting off plan. OPPI builds one model of your venue from the systems you already run, rechecks it every 60 seconds to 15 minutes, and turns the reading into action you approve.

The four parts of decision intelligence
    1. 01

A model of the venue, not a warehouse of its data

POS, rosters, stock and history fuse into one working model of how your venue behaves, what OPPI calls Venue DNA. Every decision is made against it.

      The Ontology
    2. 02

      Forecasts that become plans

Demand projected in 15-minute slots from weather, events, traffic and your own trading history, then turned into the roster and the order rather than left as a chart.

      Parallax Projection
    3. 03

      Decisions scored before they run

Every proposed action carries a confidence and consequence score. High confidence, low consequence work proceeds; anything grey escalates to a human.

      Confidence Engine
    4. 04

A ledger of what it moved

The point of the category is movement you can inspect: labour, cost of goods and admin hours, tracked across the operating rhythm.

    Questions
    What is venue decision intelligence?
Software that reads a venue's live operating data and produces decisions: rosters drafted to forecast demand, orders sized to predicted usage, and alerts when a number drifts. It differs from analytics by acting on the data rather than charting it.
How is it different from BI or dashboards?
Direction of travel. BI moves data toward a person who must interpret it. Decision intelligence moves decisions toward the venue, pre-made and scored, with a person approving rather than analysing.
    What data does it need?
A till feed is the anchor. OPPI connects your POS and rostering systems, backfills around six weeks of history, and has a working venue model about 15 minutes after sign-up.
    Does it decide without approval?
Routine, reversible work can run autonomously once you set the line. Anything outside its confidence thresholds, or with real consequence, is queued for a human. You set the line, and it moves as trust is earned.
